SELECTING SENTENCE TEST:

Selecting a line in a multiline text edit widget is as simple as
|Home*;Shift+End, |
 selecting a sentence is Home;Shift+Down etc. Those are standard shortcuts, everyone 
 knows them. 

Hmm, it is not a sentence if you ask me.

a) with _single_ keystroke I would be able to select paragraph/line/sentence, it would boost any editing
ad.a) it would be relief for people with RSI or other disabilities (especially when you use non-ergonomic keyboard, all those "fast" shortcuts causes a lot of strain for me; I have RSI)
ad.a) since it would be an action (atomic), not a combination of sub-actions, you could add those to menus, toolbars, etc.

b) it would work, because those can be independent each from other
