that's just wrong. you can neither expect the "generic bug sorters"
(i.e., bugs-dist readers) to know to which developer to assign a bug to
(even adding the missing libs would not help due to the distributed
maintainership), nor can you expect core-devels to read bugs-dist to
pick up "their" bugs. that's why kdelibs bugs went unhandled for years
and that's what we fixed with kdelibs-bugs. we still need to handle the
backlog, though ...
