possible solution to KDE Connect iPhone version not being able to run in background

In iOS apps can schedule notifications to be delivered some time in the
future even after the app is closed. I don't think it's something that we
can trigger from another device, instead you need to know the time for the
future notification in advance. I could be wrong, but that is my
understanding of how iOS works.
