Trouble with SMS Messages

Hi Jonathan,

If you are using a privacy-focused SMS app (Signal is the most common), 
they are designed to prevent other apps from being able to operate on SMS.

A few users have reported that they are able to see SMS but not send. 
Nobody has been able to collect a logcat from the KDE Connect Android 
app. If you are able to see message but not send them, please subscribe 
to https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=425638, and please post a logcat 
if you are able to get one.
