Version mismatch

I upgraded my android phone to  1.10.  It says I need desktop version 1.3.2 for file browsing -- which is what I use kdeconnect for.  However, for my Kubuntu 18.10 the latest available version is 1.3.1-1.

So my connection is broken. Is there a way to roll back my android version? Or to get a DEB version of 1.3.2?

What can I do?
