KDE Connect fails to connect

Hello,

For past couple of months, KDE Connection between my system and my device
is not stable. It connects and disconnects on its own. My setup has not
changed for a while.

What are some ways I can watch the traffic or troubleshoot to pin-point the
issue?

I am using Fedora 28 on a Precision 5510 and a Google Pixel phone currently
running Android P but the issues existed on Fedora 27 and Android 8/8.1.

I can debug the Android side of things if there were any points as to what
to look for.
