Using Kde Connect in Fedora 26

I'm using Fedora 26 and KDE Desktop

I have KDE connect installed on a PC and Samsung S7.

I set the Fedora Firewall for the UDP and TCP 1714-1764.

how do  I Pair the two devices together ?

And how do I run Kde-Connect from the PC Desktop and connect to the S7 ?
