KDEConnect using background mobile data

Hi Guys,
 I recently noticed the the KDE connect app was using mobile data in the
background. But I couldn't find out any reason as to why ? Afaik, it uses
wifi only. Can someone explain as to why it used mobile data?


I am using the latest version of KDEConnect app and the desktop version
should be the latest one available in fedora repo. (i don't know the exact
versions at the moment.)
