Log file warnings

Hi,

I have kdeconnect installed on my phone and am using Fedora 24 (up to date).

I am seeing a *lot* of

Jul 15 09:10:45 atlantis kdeconnectd: "Sony Xperia Z2" - warning, device 
uses a different protocol version 7 expected

continuously printing out in my /var/log/messages.


Could the daemon be changed to only print the message once?

Is the kdeconnectd going to be updated to avoid this? (although, I guess 
its distribution dependent when the updates appear...)
