Here are the repos for KDEconnect:

Latest release is 0.9 as far as I can see.
Also please chek out the Development section from https://community.kde.org/KDEConnect#Development[3]. (We should add more info in there)

I don't know where the Roadmap is for the project (IIRC there is a Trello board somewhere). Perhaps we should start a phabricator project for this.
