Question about current status

Hello all.
Tell me please about current kdeconnect-desktop status.
Which version of qt used now 4 or 5? And what plans of migration?
My question is about compilling with qt4 libs which i‘am using yet.

Iam asking because i need file upload/download feature in cli client and
i‘m thinking about impkementing it.
