Possible to build kdeconnect-android without Android Studio

Hello,

So I have built and deployed kdeconnect-android using Android Studio, but
was unable to build it using simply gradle. As far as I know (I am no
gradle expert, whatsoever), Android Studio makes a gradle wrapper script
called "gradlew" that can be called without actually having Android Studio
installed.

Is it possible to include it in the repo for the people that Android Studio
is resource heavy?
