Natural scroll is reversed vertical scroll direction on the touchpad.

This patch adds natural scroll option for mousepad plugin

It's disabled by default

Testing
-------

Vertical scroll happens normally by default
1. Enable Natural Scroll in plugin settings
2. Vertical scroll direction is reversed
