It's strange. To make sure it's related to the rom, have you tried from a
different phone with the same rom? Please add to the report any new
information you discover, because right now it's very difficult to see
what's going on.

Yes, it's a known bug: when the connection is not properly closed, the
desktop side doesn't know it has been disconnected. If you do it the other
way around, thought, the phone does detect the disconnection. The library
we use for Android is smart enough to do it, so potentially this could be
fixed in the desktop side as well without having to add some heartbeat
pinging or similar.
