I'am using such scheme for develpment purposes to be able to update
installation from regular user(not root). So i'am install kdeconnect
locally and there is no "system" installation of kdeconnect.

May be Albert can explain status of SftpPlugin and plasmoid in master
branch. I'am very busy until 16(and may be later) of march due to Ukraine
events :(
