Konsole Move Tab shortcut isn't Ctrl-Shift-arrow anymore

After some digging... the old Ctrl-Shift-arrow combos have been appropriated 
for the new Split View multiplexer, which seems to be a reasonable compromise. 
Think of screen or tmux built in to Konsole now.
