Unable to resize some Gtk applications

Hi,

What applications are these, and which of their windows?

I think KDE also has a number of applications with windows that cannot be resized. Under X11 those are hints that window managers can decide to ignore but I'd expect that most (including KWin) will respect the client desires (client = the app, not you the user ;)).
I seem to recall that ctwm had a force resize/move function but it's not impossible that was something I hacked into my own copy.
