Trouble with Desktop-Icons

My god, what are KDE/Plasma processes? How looks through all this just to sort the
Desktop-Icons. This is not practicable and a showkiller.

There is a /usr/bin/startx

The last lines in the .xinitrc look like this.

# finally start the window manager
#
unset WINDOW_MANAGER STARTUP
exec $WINDOWMANAGER ${1+"$@"}

# call failsafe
exit 0

I did insert this cp command but the icons are ordered randomly again.
