Disabling blue line under title bar?

Finally found it. It's actually in:

Application Style
-> Window Decorations
-> Click the small icon in the lower-left of the selected decoration
-> Draw separator between Title Bar and Window

I also found you can get there directly by running:

$ breeze-settings5

in a terminal.
