issue with Simon (not synchronizing the model)

I have installed Simon and trained for a coupe of words, but when synchronizing the model it says it fail because it has too few training

I am wondering if it is really the problem or if there is somehting wrong with simon or sphinx. I don't understand especially the error messages and warnings 
I am using kde 4.13.3 under Kubuntu 14.04

The details of the error msg says
