Why QtCurve style doesn't have "Configure" dialog ?

I have kde-4.10.5 on FreeBSD 9.2 installed from ports.

In the configure screen "System Settings"->"Application
Appearance"->"Style" I select QtCurve. But "Configure" button is
disabled for it.
There are several QtCurve styles designed by people like this one
http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/BlueSteel%2C+a+QtCurve+Style?content=161003
that suggest that one can add such style using this "Configure" button
for QtCurve.

So why this button is disabled?

qt4-style-qtcurve-1.8.14
