As Myriam pointed out, we can see the messages, so they are being sent
out.  Someone recently said that on his setup, for some reason his
personal settings were for him not to receive mail.  Try going to
https://mail.kde.org/mailman/listinfo/kde and access your account
details, checking the options list.  It's just possible that you have
the same problem.
