CentOS 6, add icon to desktop

I answered this in detail when you posted to the CentOS user list. For anyone
else reading, I then referred him to http://userbase.kde.org/Plasma and
http://userbase.kde.org/Dolphin/File_Management#Discover_Dolphin (the latter,
not to answer this question, but to anticipate another).
