4.6.2 early report

Greetings all;

1. Most noticeable is the loss of the buttons at the top of an applications 
screen.  The whole top bar is bereft of any buttons and now responds to a 
right mouse click with the move to another workspace pulldown anyplace on 
it, and of course the apps own pulldown has to be used to quit, the close 
button is missing.

That, and I still cannot configure backgrounds for all workspaces, the 
upper right cashew is missing on every workspace except the 9th of 10 now.

Toss in that the app launcher/pager/date-time & dock bar is totally missing 
on workspace 1 now.

Any clues on how to restore this?
