In general, I don't think so.  The "~/.local/share/Trash" is a freedesktop.org 
standard.  In addition, user's may not have the ability to create/modify 
.Trash in some other location.

In your case, this is clearly no true, and it would be a great help to have 
per-file-system trash bin, but I don't think that there is support for your 
case in current mainline.
