Akonadi server will not start

Seems the other processes (in this case D-Bus) shut down so quickly that 
Akonadi Control can't quit in time and is taken down by the bus.

You could try createing a simple script in $HOME/.kde/shutdown ( or 
$HOME/.kde4/shutdown if your distribution uses that) which shuts down Akonadi 
manually, using this command

akonadictl stop
