about dual monitor display problem

hi everyone,
I am enjoying the kubuntu 10.04 lts. Everything worked well.
Indeed, the dual monitor functionality worked. But I can control which one
is the main monitor. By default, for example in my laptop, the LCD of my
laptop is the main monitor, but I want my VGA LCD as the main monitor. The
main monitor means the launch menu and desktop wallper and everthing is
there.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
