Touchpad configuration

Hi,

I just read on the Kubuntu page that in KDE 4.4.1, there should be a touchpad 
configuration in system settings. I just installed 4.4.1 on my Kubuntu 9.10, 
but I cannot find the touchpad config in system settings. Are they not yet 
integrated in the backports?
