Eh... that's not too bad, at netbook resolution displays, anyway. That's
what I have on my Acer Aspire One, and it's working fine with kde 4.4.5,
effects and all.
So your problem may well be 4.4.95, tho it's possible the Intel graphics
has problems at higher resolutions, too, as I haven't plugged in external
in awhile and don't even know how the mostly xorg-conf-less (I have a file
to configure the touchpad dropped in xorg.conf.d, the way xorg-server 1.8
handles config, but IIRC that's it) xorg and kde would handle it.
Which reminds me, I can test the effects on the netbook too. I posted
after testing them on my main machine only. (Radeon hd4650, freedomware
drivers, dual 1080p/1920x1080 stacked monitors). Perhaps sharpen and
invert work on the netbook with the Intel card and drivers; I'll have to
see.
Anyway, thanks for the reply. Seems your testing my issue found a rather
more serious bug for you, too. =:^( But better to find and bug it now,
than at release, I suppose.
