Thanks very much!

That explains why I got 3 seconds when trying to set to 0.1.  

I guess I need more than 250 msecs., then ;-)

But, if I want to modify the code, I know exactly where to do it now ;-)

BTW: AFAIK, the latest release of kde3 was 3.5.10, but apparently parts 
of 3.5.10 are still labeled 3.5.9 (iiuc).
