Which Qt version required for KDE4.4?

You should configure Qt-4.6.1 with: "-no-phonon" and then install 
phonon-4.4.0.  This is available either as the 4.4 BRANCH in KDESupport 
TRUNK (recommended)

svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/kdesupport

or the 4.4.0 stable (which doesn't seem to have been released):

svn co 
svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/tags/kdesupport-for-4.3/kdesupport/phonon
