Good and useful documentation is hard. Actually IMHO harder than creating good
and useful software.

The communication between developer and machine is well defined, so the "only"
problem is the complexity of the task.
The communication between the person writing documentation and the one reading
it is not: It requires extraordinary skills to put ones knowledge into words
which are helpful for those who want to acquire that knowledge.

However, since UserBase is a collaborative effort, it is possible for anyone
who did understand the content after some thinking or trial&error to to
improve wording and/or add details so it gets easier for the next person in
search for help.

Cheers,
Kevin
