Pairing Bluetooth device

When I send files from my Nokia telephone to my KDE 4.3.2 desktop, I
have to click "Accept File" for each file. How can I pair the phone
with the computer so that the computer authorizes the transfer without
bugging me? The Bluetooth Device Manager lets one configure bluetooth
input devices, but no more.
