Clock widget showing incorrect time.

Hi,
I just upgraded to kde-4.3.3 from 4.2.2.
And the first thing that I noticed is that the clock cant be set.
I did try to change it in the control center, which is showing a 
completely different time, and I was able to change it there but nothing 
happened in the clock widget!!!???

I thought it could be from the timezone, but in that case it should 
change by an equal amount when I change the system time.

Any ideas?
