Ah - so you don't mean scrollable - you mean a tree-view.  It looks as though 
everything has been imported into the top level.  Use Bookmarks > Edit 
Bookmarks and split them up.  I had to do a little editing to get mine as I 
wanted them, but (see konq.png) they display perfectly.  I prefer to use the 
bookmark bar for certain things but the navigation (l-hand) panel for my 
longer list.
