on login nothing apps wont start

sometimes (3 times now) when I login nothing will start.
As in, I press the buttons on my desktop, from the menu, etc. nothing 
seems to be executed.
Probably kde app launcher puffed (crashed - or didn't even started 
itself lol)

have to check that next time. Logout > login seems to solve it.
