[KMail] More folders than just "Local folders"

No, they are inside NoOneAccount - look again at the indentation. Inbox would
have
+NoOneAccount
+NoTwoAccount
and so on. Expanded they would look as I originally said.

Yes - if you set it up as I suggested you would be able to do just that. Try
it.
