Webcam with WLM protocol

Hi there, kopete has had webcam support since some time, but now I am seing 
some strange issues with it.
Despite my webcam is perfectly recognized with all programs, including kopete, 
since I upgraded to KDE 4.2 I cannot see any "send cam" nor "receive cam" 
present in kopete, and I can't see a cam chat of any of my contacts.
Has it been removed or something else?
