KDE 3 users: What are the last of the KDE 3 features missing from KDE 4?

For me the main reason is that KDE-3.5 starts faster and uses less memory.

Furthermore most QT-4 styles are *really* slow on the machines i own
(intel/amd/nvidia GPUs), compared to the snappy QT-3 apps. Especially
resizing larger KDE4/QT4 apps is slow (even without desktop effects).
Currently I use the Windows style when I use KDE4.
