KDE 3 users: What are the last of the KDE 3 features missing from KDE 4?

OK, another issue another thread, this time on the apparent lack of a 
color scheme conversion utility, for those of us that have carefully 
honed a color scheme to customized perfection, over the years.

This one's not a blocker (for me at least), but it's definitely up there 
on the irritating scale!
