KMail - Text Only Messages from Composer?

When you have a compose window open, look at View > Options. Uncheck html
mail there and your setting should be remembered.
This has to be the most infuriating 'feature' ever included in kmail. I know
that some people wanted it, but why, in heaven's name, is it set as default?
