AFAIK the feature that the OP is talking is not (yet) available. The feature 
does ring a bell though... I recall reading about this feature on one of the 
kde developers blogs or maybe the dot/commit digest.

Sorry, i'm not of much help with what i said. I can't remember where i read 
about it or what was said about it either! :(
