[4.2.0] Mouse back/forward buttons don't work

They are recognized.  As I mentioned, Firefox recognizes them and goes a 
page back/forward when I press them.  It's just that I can't find any 
way in KDE to map those buttons to anything ("Configure shortcuts" in 
any KDE application doesn't react to any mouse buttons at all, only to 
keyboard buttons.)
