kde documentation - where to find?

Hello:

If I follow the following links:
http://www.kde.org/ -> Community/Documentation -> System Administrator Documentation/KDE for System Administrators, it leads to:
http://techbase.kde.org/SysAdmin

At this page there is no any information on which KDE version the information applies to, which is bad, at least confusing. I suppose it is for KDE 4.3.

I need the same docs applying KDE 3.5 (3.5.10), where can I find them?
