KDE file managers that don't mangle timestamps?

Are there any KDE file managers that do not suffer from this bug:

The bug is that Dolphin / Konqueror incorrectly change the timestamp
of files copied and moved. This is proving to be a showstopper bug for
a project that I am participating in and is keeping the project on an
otherwise annoying and insecure OS. Thanks in advance for any ideas.
