Why KDE4 is called KDE?

While I don't personally really like the rebranding (aesthetically and 
initially), as I explained, it /does/ at last bring some sanity to the 
4.x versioning and claims.  Thus, as I begin to appreciate the 
implications, I've realized it actually makes quite a bit of sense and I 
thus support it.  Hopefully others will ultimately accept it as well.
