Odd/even page printing arrives for all KDE apps in 4.4 for CUPS on *nix only.
Reverse order already works. Voila.

n-up printing is already supported, try the Pages tab in the print dialog. In
fact you can go up to 16 pages per sheet if your reading glasses are strong
enough :-)
Just a note, combining odd/even pages and n-up will produce unexpected
results!
