Rename then copy-paste: written with old name

I am using KDE 4.3 on a Kubuntu 9.04 system. In Dolphin and in
Konqueror when I rename a file, then copy-paste it into a different
directory, then pasted file has the previous name of the file, not the
new name. This started just yesterday. Can someone confirm? Thanks.
