As Duncan said, 4.2.2 is a bit behind, and I honestly can't remember whether
it was the same as 4.3. In 4.3 it is available from the View menu, but more
usefull, by hitting F4 (F4 should toggle it, on and off). This works in split
mode too - giving you a terminal starting from the directory your highlighted
split is showing. Try it and let us know whether it works for you.
