You are not allowed to do that in KDE4

I think that that is a bug, but others might consider it a wishlist.

That would be a bug.  They also get added under other widgets.

I agree with you.  AJS seems to have very different ideas about most 
everything.  I find that many things I want to do have not been 
implemented or simply don't work correctly.

You might be better off looking for know issues in the TechBase, or in 
bug reports.
